Well appointed and fully equipped; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

Utilities included: Phone (except long distance calls), high speed internet, electricity, gas, water (purified water from special tap), all linens and towels, free laundry facilities available on site. Weekly maid service included on Saturday at 9:00 am

No pets; non smoking unit.

Other amenities: heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, library, work shop, games and entertainment facilities.

Minimum Stay: 8 Weeks

Rates:
Low season: May 1 – September 30 – $900.00 US per month
High season: November 1 – April 31 – $1,400.00 US per month

There is a discounted rate available for those renting for 5 to 11 consecutive months starting in November each year. October is not available for rent.
